Responsibilities:-Manage multiple calendars and schedule-Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously-Handle customer inquiries and complaints-Read and analyze various reports-Research, request, and track documents in response to requests from vendors and staff -Utilizing database keep current, accurate records of documents produced and steps taken; keep logs of open/closed matters-File, database and log maintenance:-Maintain files in up-to-date, precise manner; keep databases current and accurate; maintain current and thorough file share record keeping-Lead Inventory management deadlines. Moderate Excel skills needed. Skills Required: To be successful in this position you must meet the following requirements:-Demonstrate intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word-Accurate data entry skills -Handle incoming calls and visitors in a professional and proficient manner -Able to demonstrate patience and professional manners on the phone-Manage incoming and outgoing electronic and hard copy mail systems-Filing, typing correspondence and other clerical duties as needed-Communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form-Effectively organize and manage large volume of detailed tasks-Demonstrate ability to take initiative and work creatively-MUST possess a high level of confidentiality and discretion-Last but not least, this individual MUST BE EXTREMELY DETAIL ORIENTED
