Position Summary
Performs reception responsibilities including answering phones, receiving visitors, directing requests for information, scheduling patient appointments and answering routine operational questions. Responsible for accurate data entry of patient demographics, diagnoses, and disability status. Is trained to work at any South State clinic. Provides ongoing training for new front office staff after initial training. Ability to handle more complex issues at front desk. Has excellent customer service skills and consistently maintains a high level of professionalism.

Physical Requirements
Sedentary Work : prolonged periods of sitting and exert/lift up to 10 lbs. force occasionally.
