Job Description:/h3:
Overview: The Coaching Education Sales Manager is responsible for sales of USA Weightliftings Coaching Education products, primarily using B2B sales across primary customer industries.
Reports to: Director of Coaching
Education/Assistant Technical Director.
Direct Reports: None
Critical Internal Relationships: Director of Media, Membership and Digital Marketing, Coaching Education Administrator.
Position Responsibilities:
:Responsible for all direct sales strategy and execution for all USA Weightlifting Coaching Education Products
:Assist in strategic and creative development of integrated marketing campaigns for coaching education.
:Develop and collaborate on a long:term sales strategy for USA Weightlifting Coaching Education products.
:Develop and organize potential prospects for new and existing programs.
:Generate leads and business opportunities through research with a focus on identifying, evaluating and making contact with potential B2B Coaching Education partners.
:Maintain a database of potential and existing contacts and keep accurate records of prospects approached and the outcome.
:Help create and develop outreach materials in the Coaching Education Area.
:Establish and maintain strong relationships with Coaching Education clients.
:Collaborate closely with the Director of Coaching Education on building new partnerships within the Coaching Education area.
:Collaborate closely with the Director of Membership, Communications and Digital Marketing on marketing initiatives within the Coaching Education area.
:Collaborate closely with the Coaching Education Administrator, together with Coaching Education instructors to ensure operational execution of partnerships.
:Represent USA Weightlifting at relevant conferences as required.
:Be a strong and vocal voice in the fight against doping and corruption in sport.
:Other duties as assigned
Minimal Job Requirements:
:Strong history of sales and current relationships in one or more of the following spaces: Health and Fitness Clubs, Military, Universities and High Schools.
:Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office 365 required, experience with computer graphic design and video editing experience preferred)
:Strong professionalism, verbal, written listening and public speaking skills.
:Must be very well organized with strong time management skills and highly developed organizational and planning skills.
:Ability to pass a USA Weightlifting background check. Taking and passing SafeSport and USADA Education programs is also a requirement of USA Weightlifting employees. For this position, taking and passing all USA Weightlifting Coaching Education products within 3 months is required, if not already held.
:Ability to travel domestically to sales appointments, conferences and other activities is required.
:Bachelors Degree in marketing, non:profit management, sales, advertisement, business administration or related field with 2 years work experience OR 5 years related work experience within a sales field in the above industries

Compensation depends on experience and is structured as base, plus commission.
